The green iguana i received is beautiful and active. Only issue was the shipping was delayed by a day but the iguana arrived alive. The company needs to put a heating pack in the box for future deliveries. Overrall i am a happy customer.

I ordered a Red Hypo Translucent Bearded Dragon. He arrived in great healthy shape. He is happy and full of life, the packaging was excellent and they put effort into making sure my lil guy made the trip. They are very nice and positive. I havent had a problem buying beardies or reptiles from here. Id reccomend buying from here again.

Very professional, friendly communication and shipping was on point with their schedule. My baby amazon basin emerald tree boa came bright, healthy, and curious the next morning. Great experience would do business with them again. I work at a pet store and deal with getting shipped reptiles and this little girl was packaged very nicely with styrofoam and clumps of newspaper and of course she was in the cup with a lid with air holes and bedding in it. (Writing this mainly because I did see the negative reviews and was a tad worried, none of that happened to me though, and I wanted to share.)

I ordered two Crimson iguanas and a snow iguana along with two albinos. All the animals came in perfect condition which I was very happy about. I will definitely be ordering from boabay again soon.

Wow, are my Rainbow boas perfect!??!! We are in love. It has been 4 days since they arrived. They got here when expected and were packaged with care. I was so shocked and happy. Now they are thriving in their new home. You can tell how wonderfully taken care of they were at birth. I appreciate boabay for keeping me updated through the shipping process. Great company!
I ordered Box turtles. They came to me fast but unfortunately one of the turtles was dead when I got it but the other was healthy!!
I advised the company asap about the turtle’s demise and they wanted pictures of it which I had no problem doing. Any customer that’s honest will not hesitate to send pics if this company requests.
Once they had the pics they were very apologetic and refunded me the money for the turtle. I didn’t get the shipping cost back and I didn’t expect to. It wasn’t there fault the turtle didn’t make it.
I will order from them again. To me they are a trusted company! Thank you Boabay!!

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase the tortoise was in great condition and no health issues. I first ordered a sulcata for my son and it went out of stock for other orders and I was contacted immediately by them and his second choice was more and they gave me it as the same price, which made me happy, and I got them in about 18 hours and I live in West Virginia, if I had to buy again and I definitely will it will be with Boabay, thanks for your service!!

After ordering a Parsons Chameleon from this company, I’m very confused by the slew of negative reviews. Every question I had was answered promptly, thoroughly, and very politely. The animal had a wonderful temperament and seemed perfectly healthy. Every aspect of my experience was as good or better than I’d hoped. It’s possible that some of their supplies aren’t so good, but my experience was excellent. I wasn’t given any incentive to write this review and I usually never leave reviews on my online purchases, but I was just genuinely really happy with this company’s work. Thanks Boabay.
